Delete your TEGRA account and data

This page explains how to delete the account you created in TEGRA and the data associated with it, as well as how to request deletion of data that is not tied to an account. It is referenced from the "Data safety" section of the Game's Google Play listing.

Option 1 - Delete your account inside the Game (immediate)

  1. Open TEGRA and go to Settings (the gear icon).
  2. Make sure you are signed in with the account you want to delete (Google on Android, Game Center / Apple on iOS).
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you do not see the button, update the Game to the latest version from Google Play or the App Store, or use Option 2.

Your cloud save and your TEGRA (Firebase) account are deleted immediately. The Game keeps working with a fresh local profile. This action cannot be undone - purchases tied to the deleted progress cannot be restored.

Option 2 - Request deletion by e-mail

Use this if you no longer have the Game installed, cannot sign in, or want data deleted that is not linked to an account (for example analytics linked to your device).

  1. Send an e-mail to tegra-support@avegagames.com with the subject "TEGRA - delete my data".
  2. Include: the platform (Android / iOS), the sign-in method you used (if any) and, if you still have access to the Game, the player ID shown in Settings. This helps us find your data; we will not ask for a password.
  3. We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Data Deleted? Notes
Account (Firebase user) and display name Yes Immediately with Option 1; within 30 days with Option 2. This cannot be undone.
Cloud save (game progress, items, currency, settings, character name) Yes Same as above. Purchases tied to the deleted progress cannot be restored.
Local save on your device Under your control Uninstalling the Game removes it.
Analytics and crash data linked to device identifiers Yes, on request (Option 2) We ask our analytics providers (Firebase, AppMetrica, Tenjin) to delete data linked to the identifiers you give us. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you are kept.
Purchase records Kept for the period required by tax and accounting law They are unlinked from your account and cannot be used to identify you in the Game.
Data held by advertising networks See their policies Advertising networks process the advertising ID independently. Reset your advertising ID in the device settings to unlink previous data; each network's policy is linked in our Privacy Policy.
